Documentation will be requested upon acceptance of your property for promotion. We will contact you with a full list of requirements.

* To successfully promote and sell your property you will be required to have a standard APE certificate.(energy certificate) This can be arranged by ourselves at a cost of € 250.00 plus VAT. We will also require up to date records of the property (visura catastrale) which we will apply for in your name. The cost of this is € 75.00 plus VAT. Without these document a property can not be sold. The certificate and documents once made are yours to keep.

All properties are sold via a registered real estate agent located in Calabria. The commission for the sale is 3% plus VAT (minimum €2000.00 plus VAT) payable when the purchase deposit is made. .
